COACE W1P is an anhydride modified ethylene propylene diene monomer elastomer. The active groups from maleic anhydride are effective way of compatibilizing immisciblepolymer blends as well as improving interfacial adhesion inpolymeric composites. And the EPDM elastomer could improve compounds performance in terms of enhanced impact strength. Generally, W1P could be used as impact modifiers for PA6, PA66, and polyamide base fire retardant compounds masterbatch, it could also be used as compatibilizers to improve the compatibility between polyamide and polypropylene, or polyethylene.
