At present, most of the development and production of controllable light biodegradable plastic films at home and abroad use additive technology, that is, adding light and biological additives to the plastic resin. It is processed into a degradable plastic film through a certain process, and the representative foreign countries are photosensitizers developed by American companies and products developed by Canadian companies. The latter compounding system is photosensitizer and silane-modified starch. The domestic Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences developed photosensitizer modified starch, and Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry developed biological photosensitizer modified starch. Aiming at the problems of poor accurate time control of membrane degradation in China, poor degradation after disposal, and high cost, it is difficult to achieve practical and industrial production.

 

The establishment of a new process for controllable photobiodegradable plastic masterbatch and an industrialized production system and device for dual-degradable plastic film films have realized industrialized production, reduced costs, and improved product degradability, which is of practical significance.
