The processing temperature of PLA material is generally controlled between 170℃ and 230℃, which is suitable for injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and other processing processes.It's also applied to 3D printed materials.However, in the actual production and processing process, the crystallization rate of PLA is slow, and some modification is generally required.At the same time, the low thermal deformation temperature of PLA limits its application in the packaging of hot filling or hot sterilization products.In order to improve the crystallization rate and crystallinity of PLA, the optical purity of PLA can be improved as much as possible during reproduction, and the crystallinity of PLLA containing a small amount of PDLA will be greatly reduced.Annealing is also a method to improve the crystallinity of PLA.In addition, nucleating agent can be added to improve the crystallinity of the material.Thus, the thermal deformation temperature is increased and the heat resistance is improved.
