Research on Aluminum Plastic Composite Material

Compared with other decoration materials, the aluminum-plastic composite panel is very superior in various performances, mainly because of its special composite material structure. First of all, the aluminum-plastic composite panel is made of lighter and malleable metal aluminum as the base material, and the toughness is used as the core board, and then a layer of polymer film is firmly bonded together.

 

The technology of functional modification of polyethylene by melt grafting method has become mature. Polyethylene, polar monomers, peroxide initiators, etc. can be obtained by melt grafting in a reactive twin-screw extruder. Graft resins with certain polar groups on the molecular chain, they also have good bonding properties to the aluminum and polyethylene interface. In addition to the grafting rate of MAH, the crystallinity of the matrix resin also affects the bonding properties of the resin. The graft type aluminum-plastic composite bonding resin with excellent performance should have good processing fluidity, high bonding strength, high temperature resistance and balanced mechanical strength.
